The eight Pathway Waypoints

One journey.
A purposeful next step.

Your finances need direction, not just a list of goals. The Pathway Waypoints help you see where you are, choose your next priority, and build toward security, legacy, and generosity.

Before you take the first step

A few good
questions.

Start with a conversation. You don’t need every answer before reaching out.

Is coaching right for me?

Coaching can be useful when you want help understanding your finances, creating a budget, prioritizing debt and savings, or following through on your goals. Reach out with your situation so we can discuss whether Pathway fits your needs.

Do I need to have everything organized first?

No. You can begin by explaining what you’re facing and what you’d like to change. We can discuss what information will help us understand your financial picture.

How does faith fit into coaching?

Pathway’s approach is rooted in biblical stewardship: wisdom, responsibility, contentment, and generosity. The practical work is helping you make intentional decisions about the resources entrusted to you.

What does coaching cost?

Your first 30-minute consultation is free. Personal coaching is $125 for one 60-minute session or $450 for four sessions. Church workshops start at $350 virtually or $500 in person; business workshops start at $750. See what each option includes.

Can you work with our church or business?

Yes. Pathway offers group financial education for churches, ministries, and employee teams. Church workshops connect practical money skills with biblical stewardship. Business workshops focus on practical financial wellness. Share your group size, preferred date, and topics so John can prepare a quote.

What will I leave with?

Personal coaching includes written action steps. The four-session package also develops a household spending plan, debt and savings priorities, and a plan for your next 90 days. Workshop participants receive a worksheet, practical exercises, and time for group questions. Workshops provide group education; private follow-up coaching is booked separately.

Do you manage investments or prepare taxes?

Pathway focuses on financial education, budgeting, habits, and action plans. Investment management, tax preparation, and legal matters require the appropriate qualified professionals.
